Won, D.O.M., L.Ac majored in and earned bachelor degree in physics at Korea University , Korea and also earned master and doctorate degree in Asian medicine at SBU, California as his attention moved from matter to life. He has practiced acupuncture and herbal therapy for over 19 years, seeking the way to integrate traditional Asian medicine and modern science to provide patients with physical and spiritual healing. As a result, he has developed a variety of acupuncture procedure combined with radio frequency wave, fire cupping, detoxification using herbs and far infrared heat and electro stimulation called neurofunctional acupuncture, which has produced many successful cases and helped patients.
